1. Definitions

• Not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.

2.3 Verification Requirements

• Clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card) showing photograph, full name, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence.
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for biometric verification.
• Additional documentation as may be required for enhanced due diligence or regulatory compliance.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. bzvv11 recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Changing your password regularly and immediately if you suspect compromise.
• Never sharing your password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Logging out completely when accessing bzvv11 from shared or public devices.

3.2 Account Monitoring

bzvv11 employs advanced security systems to detect fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, bonus abuse, and other policy violations. We reserve the right to:

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bzvv11 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if applicable, occurs at the payment provider's exchange rate.

4.3 Deposit Limits

For responsible gaming purposes, players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for seventy-two (72) hours to allow for reflection. Limits can be decreased immediately at any time.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policies

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

• You must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before requesting withdrawal (turnover requirement).
• Accounts primarily used for fund transfers without genuine gaming activity may be flagged for investigation.

• Settlement of mix parlay (accumulator bets) requires all selections to win. If any selection is voided, that leg is typically treated as a winning selection with odds of 1.00.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you after identity verification.
• You must withdraw all funds before closure; accounts cannot be closed with a balance remaining.

11.3 Limitations Period

Any claim or dispute must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may be rejected at bzvv11's discretion.
